On and off the field:

• I will always place the well-being, safety and enjoyment of each player above everything
• I will never tolerate any form of bullying
• I will ensure all activities are suited for the players ability and age
• I will, where required work with others (e.g. socials, doctors, welfare oƯicers, physiotherapists) for each players best interests
• I will make myself familiar with safeguarding practices and review guidance on physical contact and acceptable behaviours when working with children
• I will ensure that my behaviour and language is suitable for the age we are coaching. I understand that I am a role model and my verbal and non verbal conduct is important to the children who look up to me

I understand that if I do not follow the code of conduct I may:

• Required to meet with the club committee, league or Welfare oƯicer
• Suspended by the club from attending matches
• Suspended or fined by the County FA
• Required to leave, lose my position and/or have my license withdrawn
