- Policies
On and off the field:
- I will treat all children and parents with dignity and respect
- I will allow coaches to coach without interference
- I will ensure my monthly subs of £12.50 for match playing children or £10 for training only are paid by standing order each month
- I will treat the clubs volunteers with respect and will encourage my child to do the same
- I will not smoke at pitch side whilst children are training or playing matches
- I understand that SJFC expects parents of ALL children to be accompanied at training and matches by an adult who must remain pitch side for the duration of the match/session
- If there are any issues I understand the reporting process, I also understand that the football club cannot deal with issues if they’re not reported
- I will not contact the clubs volunteers during unsociable hours unless absolutely necessary
- I understand the club cannot deal with nor be held responsible for issues between children in other settings. We will always encourage children to try to get on and put differences aside at football
- I understand that SJFC follow FA guidance and that children will likely be asked to play in a variety of positions
- I understand and appreciate SJFC fully endorses inclusivity and we welcome and champion differences. Where possible children who play outfield should get similar game time
- Any jewellery worn by my child will need to be removed, unless being worn for religious reasons. Where the jewellery cannot be removed I understand I am responsible for taping my child’s jewellery and that the club cannot be help responsible for any related injury
- I understand that my child will not be able to play/train without shin pads. SJFC do not supply these or hold spares
- I understand that if my child leaves the pitch of their own accord at training or during a match that I am responsible for their welfare
